Don’t worry! Just contact us at support@souleux.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and video of opening of parcel and of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We offer a30-day return policy on most items (except hygiene/personal care products). The product should be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
